What does the APCs cover?
The APC helps cover the costs of:

- Indexing and long-term archiving
- Open access access to all users worldwide
Waivers and Discounts:
We offer waivers or discounts for authors who meet certain criteria, including:
- Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank)
- Authors who are members of Global Alliance for Scientific Studies
- Authors with financial hardship (e.g., students, early-career researchers)

Payment Process:
Once your article is accepted for publication, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make the payment. Accepted payment methods include:

- Payoneer
- Western Union
- Money Gram
Refunds:
If your article is withdrawn or rejected after payment has been made, we offer a full refund if the article is withdrawn before the production process begins.
